The best bite to grab by far in del city. Love the place ever since I visited I always go back. I took my family there they loved it too. We ordered the salmon, steak and chicken salad, yumZzz. Love the appetizers as well. The stuff is nice and you get reward too.

I should have learned my lesson. They must have changed management because we've eaten at Chili's 3 or 4 times since my last review since they offer a vegetarian bean patty on any type of burger that they make and the managers have been nice when taking my order. We've not had any problems with them until today. The young man who took my order was dismissive as I went through the list of how to prepare the order for my daughter's food allergies and he rolled his eyes when I asked if I could check it when I picked it up. I've seen him multiple times, so I told him that it was fine because he told me how they handled the bun and took care of the order so I didn't check it. Once I arrived home and we sat down to eat, my daughter discovered that her Old Timer burger was nothing but a patty, a bun, and bbq sauce on the side. They didn't give her lettuce or pickles or onions...nothing. I opened up my burger and found that they got everything right, except for the three pieces of bacon on top of my bean patty. Ugh! I fed the bacon to the dogs and ate half of the burger and now I'm sick. I have been a strict vegetarian for 10 months and I guess the juice from the bacon was too much for me. I called the manager, who was a nice lady, and I told her about our service and she did offer to comp a meal for us, but as I explained to her, I'm over it. We have had such bad luck lately with eating at restaurants and I've given Chili's a lot of chances. Never again! My main concern is that we didn't get what we requested and that someone will get sick with their carelessness. I just wanted them to know.

I see a lot of bad reviews for this place. This is my first time to this restaurant and the service I experienced here was ok. I came here for lunch and ordered a peperoni pizza. It was $6 and that thing was pretty small. It almost seems like a kid's meal for an adult. It also came with either soup or salad. I got the southwestern soup (forgot what it's called) that came with the lunch. Everything was average.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Just waited 35 mins. for a burger & fries. Had several conversations with the server: where's the food? What's the holdup? Not that busy.... food finally arrives and fries are cold, soggy & burger barely warm on a stale, dry, hard bun. Poorly managed, kitchen disorganized. Same thing happened when we were there 2 months ago. Today's server was polite but bewildered. Why the manager thinks its acceptable to keep people waiting and then serve cold, stale food is beyond logic! Place is the WORST...nothing ever changes at this Chili's. I sat in view of the kitchen, floor was disgusting. Walked out, wasn't going to waste any more of my life hoping for a good meal.

Why did McDonald's take over the world in the first place? I submit that Dave Barry was right when he said that the average diner, especially in an unfamiliar area, would prefer to have a guaranteed mediocre meal over taking the chance on an unfamiliar place and having something culinarily or gastrointestinally horrible occur. So yes, Chili's can sometimes meet a legitimate customer demand for mediocrity, and we mustn't hold that against them any more than we would blame a dog for being terrible at playing with string or a cat for having a terrible bark. But in exchange for this mediocrity, Chili's needs to hold up its end of the bargain: The experience needs to AT LEAST be mediocre. We had more than one case of poor service here. After my wife suffered a migraine shortly after a meal there, we resolved to check if MSG was used on a particular dish so she would not be afflicted again. We asked the server if a particular dish had MSG. She went back to the kitchen, returned with a laminated piece of paper, and placed it on the table. The paper said Chili's could not guarantee the presence or absence of any particular ingredient in any particular dish it served. She said she wasn't allowed to say anything more than that. I am not joking about this or exaggerating in any way. We decided that while you generally know what you're getting at a place like Chili's, if they're not willing to disclose what's in any of their food, we're not willing to eat it anymore. Easiest decision I've made in a long time.

Now I know why Jesus wept. He knew one day I would be subjected to one of the most mediocre meals of my life at Chili's, usually one of my favorite places to eat. I can only speculate how long my food sat on a counter or in the window before it got to me because it was warm at best. Even the plate itself was practically room temp. The mashed potatoes tasted strange and not like potatoes at all. The broccoli was not a vibrant and lush green. It was colorless and cooked to within an inch of its life. The tops and bottoms were burned. How do you burn steamed broccoli? I didn't complain because I didn't want to make a scene on my daughter's birthday but had that not been the case, different situation. I did have to point out that my girls had something black in their drinks. Is anyone checking the ice machine and the scoops or no? The one saving grace was my server, Tiffany. Unfortunately her good service was overshadowed by everything else.

My family and I have been coming to this Chili's for several years and have always loved it. When we ask about going to dinner this is always a first choice for my son and daughter who are 9 and 5. My husband and I really enjoy that we have never experienced and off day with this location and will always plan to return.

Awful!!! Found hair in the chips and in the potato soup!!!! Very slow service and the place was not busy!!!! 2nd time there and first time hair baked on the side of Cajun pasta. They are dirty and nasty

This is the worst Chillis in the world! Bad food, terrible service, I'm not even sure they have a manager at this Location! The only thing worth a dam at this place is the alcohol.

The service was bad. The server did not come to check if everything was okay the entire time. I had to personally obtain hot sauce. We ordered three course meal and the server did not pick up our empty plates which occupied a considerable portion of the table. At the end the server almost threw our bill on our table. It was the worst service we had ever received in a restaurant. The food was okay.

This location is on the upswing. I visited this location a couple of months ago and the service was adequate and the drinks were a little substandard for the price. However, during this trip I could tell that they were working to fix the small things that really add up. Jasmine, the bartender, had really taken steps to fix the drinks and boost service. To start I had one of their signature, El Presidente margaritas, which during my last trip was not pleasant due to substandard margarita mix. This time the margarita was great, the mix had been fixed and it was delicious. For dinner, I had the 6oz sirloin steak with mash potatoes and gravy, I also decided to try the southwestern mac and cheese for the $1 upcharge. The dinner was excellent, was served just as ordered and properly cooked. The mac and cheese portion was adequate for the $1 upcharge. Post dinner I opted to try one of Jasmine's custom drinks as I had seen her making them throughout the evening. It was excellent, I would highly suggest venturing off the drink menu and trying one. Also, in addition to great service I must compliment her attention to detail. While enjoying my margarita, one of the attendants brought over some freshly washed beer mugs to restock the bar. Jasmine began to look at them and noticed that they were spotty and below standards. She took enough mugs to restock the bar, hand washed them and told the attendant to reclean the rest. Overall a great midweek dining experience.
